Our Mission
We exist to Equip Christian business leaders to engage deeply with God and to lead their business with His power.
Our Vision
To see Christian business leaders love God with all their heart, soul and mind and impact their marketplace with the love of Jesus.
Our Methodology
We Equip Christian business leaders through three primary means:
1. Content
We deliver fresh content monthly that challenges and encourages Christian Business Leaders to Engage with God so they may Impact their Marketplace. This content focuses on two categories: Kingdom Business and Good Business Practices.
2. Community
Leading a business can be lonely. We were meant for community. Equip provides an online community to engage with each other through topical discussion and participation in challenges. “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” in the marketplace. (Heb. 10:24)
3. Coaching
Group Coaching is done through twice monthly training sessions. These aren’t just talking head webinars. They are workshops. We work. We apply the principles to our businesses. One-on-one Executive Coaching for Christian Business Leaders is also available on an “as needed” basis. This is for members who want to take a deeper dive into challenges and opportunities within their business.

In 1989 I left church ministry to take a position in sales. For several months I had no idea why God had called me away from church ministry until one day He spoke clearly to me and said, “I have called you to ministry. The details are my concern… not yours.”
From that moment, I have felt God’s call on my life to make an impact for His Kingdom in the marketplace. Through a series of sales positions, sales leadership and business ownership God has made it clear that I am called to minister in the marketplace and to equip others to do the same.

God has equipped me in two significant ways:

1.   Sales and Sales Leadership: I have developed and led dozens of companies’ sales efforts through my Sales Consulting Firm: Optimize Selling Solutions. I have built sales processes for B2B Professional Service Providers. I have read the vast majority of the best books on sales written over the past 20 years. I have authored a book entitled: Stop Selling, Start Serving. I have achieved a high level of expertise in leveraging LinkedIn to get introduced to B2B Ideal Prospects.

2.   Marketplace Ministry: I invested three years earning two Masters Degrees in Theology from Northern Seminary. I have launched and facilitated several Marketplace Ministry Mastermind Groups consisting of business owners and leaders. I read extensively all the literature on Marketplace Ministry Best Practices.
