About Us

In 1989 I landed my first position in sales. For several months I had no idea why God had called me away from vocational ministry until one day He spoke clearly through “that still small voice” and said, “I have called you to ministry, but the details are my concern… not yours.”

From that moment, I have felt God’s call to make an impact for His Kingdom in the marketplace. Through a series of sales positions, sales leadership and business ownership God has made it clear that I am called to minister in the marketplace and to equip others to do the same.

God has equipped me in two significant ways:

Business Growth Leadership: I have developed and led dozens of companies’ business growth efforts. I read extensively the literature on business growth and teach the best practices.

I have authored a book entitled: Stop Selling, Start Serving.

Spiritual Growth: I earned two Masters Degrees in Theology. I have launched and facilitated several Mastermind Groups consisting of Godly business owners. I read extensively the literature on Marketplace Ministry and teach the best practices.

Why does any of this matter?

It matters because Equip International is called to make a dual impact on Godly business owners. We Equip these entrepreneurs to grow their businesses so they thrive, their families thrive and they have the opportunity to be generous.

It also matters because we are called to Equip business owners to engage deeply with their heavenly Father who wants to lead and guide them in their business. Jesus said, “I am the vine. You are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit. Apart from me you can do NOTHING.”

Do we really believe Jesus’ words? If we do, we will seek Him with all our heart, soul and mind. We will practice the presence of God in our businesses and make Him Lord.
