Peer-to-Peer Community Coaching

All Equip Partners have access to Peer-to-Peer Coaching through Community Forums and Weekly Accountability Groups at no additional cost.

Equip Cohorts

Cohorts, consisting of up to fifteen members, meet monthly to discuss business, spiritual and personal challenges and opportunities. They provide an intimate setting for Christian business leaders to give and receive Godly counsel.

The purpose of the cohort is to live out Proverbs 15: 22: “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisors they succeed.”

The Agenda for these Cohorts consists of Prayer, Content Discussion, Accountability, & Peer Advisory.

There is an additional monthly fee for Cohort participation.

Individual Coaching

1v1 Coaching is available on a limited basis. Our belief is that most coaching is more effective in a Cohort setting. However, there may be situations that call for individual coaching, so we provide this when needed.
