Kingdom Business Sessions and Good Business Practices Sessions

Each month you have the opportunity to participate in two online, live training events which are recorded and available in your Library.


The Kingdom Business training events center around what it looks like to engage deeply with God and to allow Him to engage deeply with you in your business.

The Good Business Practices sessions focus on the essentials of Good Business, such as Sales & Marketing, Process Improvement, Focus, Service/Product Delivery etc. God has called us to do Good Business. When we do, we lay the foundation for Him to work in and through us.

02 Community:

Leading a business can be lonely. We were meant for community. Equip provides an online community to engage with each other through topical discussion, participation in challenges and an ongoing chat.


Where do you go to get input on the tough business decisions you must make? What’s the value of one good idea from someone who has already hiked your trail? Would it be valuable to you to toss a business challenge or opportunity out to the community to get objective input?

 

Additionally, Community Members are encouraged to reach out to each other individually to help one another.

03 Coaching:

Group Coaching is done through the twice monthly training sessions. These aren’t just talking head webinars. They are workshops. We work. We apply the principles to our businesses.


One-on-one Executive Coaching for Christian Business Leaders is also available on an “as needed” basis. This is for members who want to take a deeper dive into challenges and opportunities within their business.
